Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Support: Handle inbound and outbound queries via calls, emails, chat, and social media with professionalism and empathy.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Regional Assistance: Guide users with information related to local services, tourism, and general inquiries about Jamshedpur and the wider Tatanagar area.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Maintain consistency in communication across platforms while adapting tone based on customer needs.
- Feedback & Insights: Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights to improve services and user experience.
- Data & Ticket Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions, queries, and resolutions using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical thinking with a customer-first approach.
- Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, email handling, and chat support tools.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
