Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Network Management: Monitor and manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks, ensuring secure and uninterrupted connectivity.
- User Assistance: Assist employees with system setups, software installations, and technical guidance for smooth workflow.
- Data Security & Backup: Implement and monitor data backup procedures while ensuring adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and technical resources.
Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking basics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-On Experience: Experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, or system administration is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication to assist non-technical users.
