Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter) to grow audience and engagement.
- Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, and manage engaging posts including reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns that highlight Jamshedpur’s unique culture, food (from street snacks to fine dining), tourism, and the steel-strong lifestyle.
- Brand Voice & Engagement: Maintain a consistent, authentic tone while actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building a strong online community within the “Steel City” and beyond.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and relevant to Jamshedpur’s diverse demographic.
- Performance Analytics: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions; optimize strategies based on insights and data.
- Collaboration & Campaigns: Work with content creators, designers, and local influencers to execute impactful campaigns and promotions that resonate with the local Tatanagar audience.
Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to ideate unique campaigns and storytelling formats that bridge the gap between industrial history and modern living.
- Content Skills: Basic understanding of photo/video editing and copywriting.
- Experience: Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
