Centenary Mall is a major mixed-use commercial development located in the Bistupur area of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Envisaged to commemorate 100 years of Tata Steel, the project was designed as a landmark structure reflecting the city’s industrial heritage.

Key Features and Design

• Structure: The building is designed as a multi-level structure (typically B+G+11 storeys) featuring several atria.

• Retail & Leisure: The ground through fourth floors are dedicated to retail space, intended to house  hypermarket, anchor stores (such as Reliance Trends and Reliance Digital), and a variety of retail outlets.

• Multiplex: It includes a 5-screen multiplex designed to provide a premium cinematic experience.

• Office Space: The upper floors (5th to 11th) are reserved for customizable office spaces with a separate entrance.

• Signature Facade: A notable architectural feature is the multi-faceted, perforated steel mesh entrance, accented by specialized facade lighting and a high glass box entry for the multiplex.

• Amenities: The plan includes a food court, a double-height banquet hall, a landscaped plaza, and extensive multi-level and basement parking.
